24+ hours preferred. Same-day and after-hours rides depend on chauffeur availability, so call (512) 838-3075.
Payment
Payment in full at booking. All major cards accepted through Stripe. No card-processing fee.
Cancellations and refunds
Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before pickup; 50% refund if cancelled 6 to 24 hours before pickup; no refund if cancelled under 6 hours before pickup or for a no-show. SXSW dates: full refund if cancelled at least 72 hours before pickup. F1 race weekend and other 7-day event dates: full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before pickup.
Weather and force majeure
Weather and force majeure are rebooked without penalty.
Gratuity
Gratuity is included in every price. Additional gratuity is appreciated but never expected.
Hourly miles and extra time
Hourly bookings include 25 miles per booked hour, then $3 per extra mile. Extra time beyond the booked hours is billed in 30-minute blocks at the booking's hourly rate and collected at the time, by a payment link you approve.
Event weekends
Formula 1 reference pricing, not bookable. 2026 US Grand Prix: $150/hr. 2027 US Grand Prix at COTA, expected: $175/hr with a 6-hour minimum ($1,050). Other event dates (PGA Tour Austin Championship, SXSW, major UT games, New Year's Eve) use posted event rates; SXSW 2027 bookings have free cancellation up to 72 hours before pickup. Airport flat rates stay the same on every date, including event dates, with 24-hour cancellation. See event rates →
